Each day runs from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and follows a predictable routine that balances academics, movement, and hands-on learning. Learners begin the morning with a community meeting and Primitive Reflex exercises, presented through engaging games or scripted activities to support regulation, coordination, and readiness to learn.
From 10:00–11:30 AM, students participate in core academic review focused on ELA and Math, tailored to individual learning needs and skill levels. After academics, learners enjoy lunch, followed by science experiments and hands-on enrichment activities that encourage curiosity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
To end each week on a calm, confidence-building note, learners will participate in Yoga on Friday mornings, focusing on mindfulness, flexibility, body awareness, and self-regulation in a supportive, accessible format.
Additionally, select Fridays may include a swimming outing at the YMCA, depending on availability and group readiness. Swimming days will be communicated in advance, and appropriate supervision and safety procedures will be followed at all times.
